We offer free DHL Express worldwide shipping on all orders. Orders are shipped directly from Ouarzazate, Morocco within 3-5 business days. Delivery typically takes 5-10 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Rugs must be in their original condition — unused, unwashed, and with all tags attached. To initiate a return, contact us at nomadinas.ma@gmail.com with your order number.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping method for returns. Once the rug is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Custom-sized and custom-designed rugs are made to order and are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or do not match the agreed specifications. Please review all custom order details carefully before confirming your commission.
All rugs sold by Nomadinas are hand-knotted by Berber artisans in Morocco's Atlas Mountains. Each rug is one of a kind. Slight variations in color, size, and pattern are inherent characteristics of handmade textiles and are not considered defects.
We accept major credit cards and secure payment methods through our checkout process. All prices are listed in USD. Your payment will be processed securely by our third-party payment provider.
